Mariam manages Vantage Communications’ people and finances. She is the glue that binds the team and enables us to deliver on our goals.
From a people perspective she employs her teamwork skills ensuring everyone is aligned and in sync with our culture, work ethic, and ambitions, helping to keep our wheel turning at high velocity in the right direction.
From a financial perspective, she balances revenue streams with outflows and investments. She optimizes budgeting to ensure client and team satisfaction as well as the company’s sustainability and long-term healthy growth. From tax reports and compliance with local financial regulatory requirements, to annual performance reports and invoicing and collection, Mariam ensures our financials are aligned with good corporate governance. Mariam’s role is also outward-facing and she is closely involved with our clients in terms of contractual compliance and management of large-scale media campaigns, among other things.

Mariam Nagy is Partner and Administrative Finance Manager at Vantage Communications, Egypt’s most innovative PR and communications agency, committed to achieving breakthrough communications campaigns.
With +15 years of expertise in the PR industry, she balances a wide skillset combining a sharp eye for detail with seamless teamwork to bring unparalleled value to two company functions that are core in providing our clients with top-notch service.
Mariam joined Vantage Communications in 2011 and has continued to foster an inclusive, open and positive environment helping our team members across diverse roles and responsibilities achieve their potential.
Driven by her passion for the company, which she considers by-and-large her second home, she has successfully managed the tenuous balance between mom-life and work-life.
Mariam acts as a key resource and liaison to other functional areas of the business, coordinating service delivery across departments.
She manages administrative operations including but not limited to budgeting, HR, IT, subcontracts, as well as all contracted services. She also manages our procurement process including pricing negotiations, decision making and managing long-term supplier relations. She also works with our legal accounting team by overseeing all our financial operations, invoicing, taxes, payroll, obligations, budgets, expenditures monitoring and is our key bank representative.
Mariam holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Cairo University.
